Important News for Applicants Receiving Awards

To receive your funding, applicants are now required to work directly with PCCD staff to finalize the award process. 

All applicants selected for an award will have received a notification email from PCCD with instructions on how to register into PCCD's Egrants system and how to sign up as a Commonwealth vendor.  [NOTE: Applicants NOT selected for an award would have received an email notifying them that they had not been selected for funding.]  If you were not in receipt of a notification email, first check your junk/spam email folder, or contact RA-CD-NPSEC-GRANT@pa.gov for assistance. 

Once you are registered in PCCD's Egrants system, you will be required to fill out a budget in the Egrants system and provide some additional fiscal information confirming your nonprofit status.  The following webinar and set of tutorials can assist you in navigating the budget section of the Egrants system and uploading necessary documents:

PCCD is now accepting scanned signature pages via email.  Nonprofit Security Grant fund grantees should sign, scan and attach their signature page to their Egrants application in the Required Attachments section.  Alternatively, the scanned signature page can also be emailed to RA-CD-NPSEC-GRANT@pa.gov.

Once all the necessary documents are uploaded and you have successfully submitted your application via Egrants, PCCD staff will review your budget for completeness and accuracy.  Program and fiscal staff may request additional information to resolve any outstanding concerns.  Once satisfied, you will receive notification that your application has been officially awarded and you may begin expending funds related to the grant.
