The University of Memphis CIT Center is presenting a 16-hour
(two-day) Train-The-Trainer session on Verbal De-Escalation for selected CIT
partners for the State of Pennsylvania. CIT Verbal De-Escalation Training

learning modules throughout the CIT Train-The-Trainer session. Trainers
include: Major Sam Cochran (Ret), Dr. Randolph DuPont and Dr. Thomas
