​To assist law enforcement PCCD has pre-populated the Law Enforcement Victims Right Guide for each specific county in Pennsylvania. Below are links to the guides and the languages they are available in Berks County.

Law Enforcement officers can also provide Victims' Rights and Victim Compensation Information by adding your County QR Code to the back of your business card*. Victims/survivors are able to scan the QR code and will be taken directly to the Victims' Rights and Victim Compensation Information for their county.

Please note that it may not always be appropriate to just provide the business card as some victims/survivors may prefer the paper version or may not have access to the internet.
