FY 2021 Gun Violence Reduction Grant Program (CLOSED)
In May 2021, PCCD announced the availability of $5 million in state funding to support community-led strategies to reduce gun violence. Following the approval by PCCD's School Safety and Security Committee in August 2021 to utilize VIP funding to support additional funding requests received through the grant program, PCCD anticipates making up to $10.6 million in awards through the FY 2021 Gun Violence Reduction Grant Program. Applicants selected in the initial round of requests were notified by PCCD staff and asked to complete a formal application in Egrants.
