Currently, registration is only open to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania service providers. Depending on capacity, registration will be open to out of state residents from October 15 –November 8, 2019.
There is no conference fee; however, if you register to attend and are a NO SHOW, you will be invoiced $150 to cover expenses associated with the conference. To avoid this fee, cancellations must be received by November 25, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Substitutions are allowable.
